What you will do- Manage and grow existing B2B Snom VARs (Value Added Resellers), ITSPs, and Operators in France
- Identify, engage, and onboard new potential partners (VARs, ITSPs, and Operators) across the French market
- Build strong, long-term business relationships and help partners succeed
- Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions
- Lead consultative sales discussions and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate closely with local and global teams, including Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
- Represent Snom at trade fairs, customer events, seminars, and exhibitions
- Report directly to the SVP Sales & Operations, EMEA & APAC
